Description

Single-Bounce Monocapillary X-ray Optics

A single-bounce monocapillary optic can convert incident parallel X-rays to a micron-sized focal spot by total reflections. It offers a large working distance which is the most unique feature of this type of capillary X-ray optic. XOS is launching the single-bounce monocapillary optic specifically for synchrotron beamline applications where large working distance is crucial, and the incident parallel X-rays are readily available.

Features & Benefits

• Micron-sized focal spot with large working distance
